We don’t eat out often, but when we do, I’m always happy to let Caroline Fidanza and crew do the cooking.

That was Mike’s drink, and I only had a sip, so I’ll have to defer to him for a full report, but the sip I did have was darn tasty.

Well sir, it was Calvados, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, and brandy. Not the most flavorful cocktail I’ve had, so I’d have to say that it’s an imperfect Perfect.
