We don’t eat out often, but when we do, I’m always happy to let Caroline Fidanza and crew do the cooking.

And was it a perfect Calvados?

That was Mike’s drink, and I only had a sip, so I’ll have to defer to him for a full report, but the sip I did have was darn tasty. :)

Well sir, it was Calvados, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, and brandy. Not the most flavorful cocktail I’ve had, so I’d have to say that it’s an imperfect Perfect.
