We usually get our mussels at Wild Edibles in the market at Grand Central, but since we had a FreshDirect order coming on Sunday we just ordered them from there. I'm usually very pleased with the quality of their seafood, but this time we had to discard probably 1/4 of the 2 lbs. we ordered because they were either open or broken when they arrived, or didn't open after cooking. It was pretty disappointing, though we still had plenty for the two of us. :) Alec, thank you!
