How to feed a hungry hubby in 10 minutes or less:
Combine 1/3 cup of mayo with the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of salt.
Add a heaping helping of chopped fresh tarragon and chervil.
Add one cup of chopped cooked lobster meat and toss gently.
Toast soft hot dog rolls in a pan with a little butter.
Spoon lobster salad into rolls and serve with chips and sliced tomatoes.
A simple sandwich never tasted so luxurious.

Wow he’s so lucky to have a master chef wife like you! Did you grill those tomatoes? Even THEY look delicious!

Smerky - I bet this dressing would work well with poached chicken, too, so that might be something to try?
Claudia - I’m going to have to hunt that down.
Hillary - Thank you! I didn’t grill the tomatoes - just sliced ‘em and gave them a sprinkle of salt and some cracked pepper. They were sooooooo good.
