the farm fresh have me so spoiled. they’re amazing. i’ve been doing a salad with arugula and a warm maple garlic dressing with a crispy edged fried egg placed on top - then the yoke incorporates - heaven. some crisp pancetta wouldn’t go astray on there too… i love eggs…

Oh yes - I’m a huge fan of the egg on top of salad thing. Yum!
