What&#039;s your set-up like? Do you have a standing arrangement of lights and/or reflectors ready to capture your latest culinary improvisation? There can&#039;t be much time available for photo setups between cooking and eating!</description>

I pulled the fillets off of the bones and at just the flesh and skin (though the tiny bones are edible, they&#039;re a bit poke-y for my taste), but I did eat one crispy fish head with Mike&#039;s encouragement.  It wasn&#039;t bad.  :)</description>
