Claudia - Trust me, I am paying for all of my overindulgence just a bit.

Mary - It is and we are! We won’t be up there for good until the 22nd, but it’ll be fun to spend our first night there on the 1st.

michelle - Thanks! I’m a big fan of the Italian meat & cheese sandwiches.

Anita - iCi in Fort Greene, Brooklyn makes an awesome sausage hash, which is what inspired this dish… that and the fact that I was too lazy to make the buttermilk pancakes I had intended to make to accompany the sausage!

Julia - Thanks! Our current apartment is a railroad-style, and we have one television in the living room (back of the apartment) with another in the bedroom (front of the apartment). When we move, however, we’ll be paring down to one television set - and hopefully not have too much conflict

your food looks amazing as always! off topic, but i am also amazed by this - how did you manage to watch separate tv shows at the same time? two tvs in different rooms? computer with headphones? i wish i could finagle a way to watch cooking/girlie shows while my boyfriend watches his crappy movies.
