Fried pork chops, collards, and black eyed peas with rice. So yummy. Next year, I vow to not be hung over and just make a black eyed pea, scrambled egg, spinach, and bacon breakfast taco. I volunteered all evening at my town's First Night celebration (eating one slice of veggie pizza and having a cup of Thai-spiced butternut squash soup from the foods provided for volunteers and performers) so am looking forward to cooking something today.
