Everything looks amazing.  The choucroute has had my mouth watering for days, and that lasagna looks so comforting and satisfyingly divine.  And those clams!  That lamb!

I love Cambodian noodle soup and nime chow, but haven&#039;t had Apsara Palace&#039;s yet.  Good to know.   Also good to know about this being Wishing Stone Farm&#039;s last week.

I am inspired, as always.   Happy New Year to you, Mike, and the kitties!</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not sure if you know this, but you can make a fine sauerkraut if you have a widemouth gallon jar, also. It&#039;s no stone crock, but it will get the job done.</description>
