Those look great! I am terrible at stuffing the cabbage so I’ve been making a cabbage cake of sorts (see http://justhungry.com for an example)…so good! And while it may not look as pretty, it is still pretty durn tasty.

I only ever had cabbage stuffed with vegetables/rice – I must try this, they look delicious. Kosher salt?? Is that like this? – One of my favourite ingredients!!

I LOVE stuffed cabbage. I am particularly partial to my grandmother’s recipe…she always makes extra for me and gives me some to freeze so I can have it throughout the winter. Nothing satisfies on a cold winter night like some stuffed cabbage and mashed potatoes. Yum!
