		<description>Once I got over the idea that &quot;fish sauce&quot; sounded gross and just went ahead and bought it I finally made a good red curry chicken dish that tasted like it was supposed to!  No amount of soy sauce can substitute for the flavor.  I love your blog and photos by the way...you are inspirational!</description>
