I like to experiment, I like to buy local, and I am of the opinion that gastronomic lifestyle is like religion...do what you want, we can all learn from each other, but don't proselytize. I hope you'll be able to rest this weekend and feel better soon. I don't know how you do such great cooking day in and day out...i felt a sense of accomplishment for making simple stirfried veggies for supper last night using bagged precut prewashed veggies as the base! sorry about the neck and shoulder pain! thank goodness you have a wonderful guy who knows his way around the kitchen to keep you fed.
