I've taken a class/demo, there, too. Excellent cheeses, wonderful meats and great breads. We've discovered another dairy that also makes excellent cheeses in our locavore searches - Sprout Creek Farm in Poughkeepsie. I won't post a link as I do not want to seem to push them, but they are findable with a net search. We set out 4 of their cheeses, some berries and cukes from our garden, and home made bread for a wonderful summer dinner a couple of nights ago. I live very near Bobolink and enjoy their goodies very much. I’ve taken a class/demo, there, too. Excellent cheeses, wonderful meats and great breads.
