It’s true that creating a delicious roast chicken is one of the real challenges in cooking, and that there is nothing more satisfying than putting a perfect roast chicken on the table.

I agree – good roast chicken is such a treat, and I love that it keeps on giving in the form of leftovers and stock. :)
