Happy Holidays Jennifer and family from Nancy in DC – I thought I would share and dedicate my inspiration for today’s menu to you and your beautiful blog.

White Burgundy
Field Greens with glazed walnuts, dried cherries, with a walnut mustard and cranberry chutney salad dressing
Organic Brined Turkey with Stuffing ( seasoned with shallots, celery and parsley )
red skin smashed potatoes
roasted carrots with fresh dill and sea salt
homemade cranberry sauce

Dessert
semi
Rum Cake and Butter Rum Coffee from the Cayman Islands with pastry cream on the side. (Note: I was going to make a rum cake but the traffic this week was absolutely horrendous down here and I knew I would run out of time)

Enjoy the season!
