My stepson is Swedish and when he’s here over the summer I try to get him in the kitchen with me as much as possible… One night I asked him if he knew how to make swedish meatballs and he said it was easy! I asked him to tell me the recipe and he said that all his mom does is “roll up some meat into balls and fry them.” LOL!

I will make these for him as his welcome back dinner when he gets here in a few months

Hi Jennifer, long time reader, first time commenting. I made this tonight… that meatball recipe is OUT OF THIS WORLD, sooooo tender and flavorful!!! I’ve made your chicken tacos before and LOVED them too… can’t wait to try the regular meatball recipe with my tomato sauce!! Thanks so much for posting.
