Oh my goodness- that 4th of July Middle Eastern feast looks scrumptious! Where to get the recipes for the eggplant dip and where to get za’atar?

I love tomatoes with all the variety of colors! I have so many different varieties growing in our garden right now. They are just starting to fruit. I can’t wait to immerse myself in their red, purple, green, orange and yellow goodness!

This all looks so amazing. Wishing I didn’t live in an apartment so I could have a grill! That french toast is going to kill me.

Margaret – I got my za’atar at Whole Foods. As for the eggplant dip, no recipe – I just winged it :)

Amber – thank you!

Daja – Last year was disastrous for tomatoes, so I’m encouraged that they seem to be coming early and in abundance this year!

Liz – thank you! I’m not big on sweet breakfasts, but my husband does make some tasty French toast :)
